Commissioning

The eco hometec boiler service department directly employs several fully qualified and experienced service engineers to carry out the commissioning and annual servicing of our boilers in all areas of the UK.

eco hometec supplies all the equipment and information necessary for your local plumber and electrician to fit all the components of your heating system. Once you have returned a commissioning request form we will arrange for an engineer to visit and commission your system. This typically involves ensuring the system has been fitted correctly and that the system complies with all relevant regulations as well as our own installation requirements.

As well as commissioning the system, our engineers can easily set up the boiler for optimum performance by simply plugging in a laptop computer and using a computer program to ensure the boiler operates as efficiently as possible.

When it comes to the annual service, our engineer can use his computer again to see how the boiler has performed since the last visit and how well it is operating. The programming of the boiler can be adjusted accordingly and should any faults occur during the life of the boiler they can be found and rectified easily.

eco hometec boilers are constructed to a very high standard using quality components and if properly serviced and maintained will provide years of energy efficient service.

With regard to boiler warranty; our EC range of boilers are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. We then offer an extended warranty that can be renewed every 12 months, as long as the annual boiler service is carried out.

The terms and conditions could not be simpler. Subject to us offering annual cover and receiving a completed warranty request form and payment, we will replace or repair any part or parts as necessary, within the boiler casing, with no charge for labour or materials.
